At Mama’s Coffee Co., we want every order to feel thoughtful from the moment it’s placed to the moment it arrives at your door. Please review our shipping policy below so you know what to expect when ordering from our shop.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after they are placed. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Because some items may be roasted, packed, fulfilled, or shipped through our production and fulfillment partners, processing times may vary slightly depending on the product ordered.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order, delivery location, and available shipping options.

Mama’s Coffee Co. currently offers free U.S. shipping on qualifying orders of $50 or more.

Shipping Locations

Mama’s Coffee Co. currently ships within the United States.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. If this changes in the future, our shipping policy will be updated.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary based on the shipping carrier, destination, and product fulfillment timeline.

Most orders are delivered within 5–10 business days after shipping, but delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Please allow extra time during holidays, promotional periods, severe weather, or carrier delays.

Tracking Your Order

When your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email if tracking is available for your selected shipping method.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your shipping confirmation is sent.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Mama’s Coffee Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at [INSERT EMAIL ADDRESS]. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has begun processing or has shipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier.

Mama’s Coffee Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is delayed, lost in transit, or marked delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at steph@mamascoffeeco.com.

Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or incorrect item and packaging.

We will review the issue and do our best to make it right.

Subscriptions

For subscription orders, shipping timelines follow the subscription frequency selected at checkout.

Please make any changes to your subscription, shipping address, or payment information before your next scheduled order processes.

Weather, Carrier, and Fulfillment Delays

Occasionally, shipping may be delayed due to weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, high order volume, or fulfillment partner delays.
