Mama’s Coffee Co. currently ships within the United States.

Order Processing

Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Processing times may vary depending on the item, product availability, supplier/roaster fulfillment timelines, holidays, and order volume.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated. Mama’s Coffee Co. may offer free U.S. shipping promotions from time to time, including free shipping on qualifying orders.

Shipping Destinations

At this time, Mama’s Coffee Co. ships within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times may vary based on carrier, destination, product availability, and fulfillment timelines. Once a package has been handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is managed by the carrier.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please first check around your delivery location and with neighbors or household members.

If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us at steph@mamascoffeeco.com with your order number and tracking information so we can help review the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Mama’s Coffee Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at steph@mamascoffeeco.com. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing or fulfillment.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at steph@mamascoffeeco.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
